The Auto Attendant and Voicemail feature are great. We love having the ability to forward the calls and messages to the appropriate people, eliminating all the note taking we had to do before. This allows us to spend more time doing our jobs and at the same time we now receive accurate messages from our customers.

The system has more features and does more things than we'll probably get into, and that's the reason we like it. There is so much to TalkSwitch that it's obvious we haven't put it through all the paces yet.

I like that the TalkSwitch can answer all four lines at one time, take messages, and route calls to voicemail.

We use TalkSwitch as an after hours auto attendant. At night, our business operates as a medical clinic. We turn TalkSwitch on rather than hiring an answering service to manage the calls. Callers then have the option to leave messages to the appropriate department with their prescription refills for the next day.

With TalkSwitch's remote extension feature, callers can leave messages or choose to talk to someone who is on call after regular business hours. These calls get forwarded to a pager or the employees mobile phone without us having to pay for another system to handle these outbound calls.

The installation process was extremely easy. When I got my new TalkSwitch, it took me about 20 minutes to set up all the mailboxes and record the messages.

Technical support is extremely fast. They usually solve whatever problem I have without the need to go back and forth with them.

Our customer base is using the TalkSwitch a lot more than I thought they would. I really didn't know if they were going to start leaving the information after hours for us to get a head start on it, but they've now come to depend on it.

The set-up probably took a little over an hour.

The Auto Attendant was one of the major reasons why we got the TalkSwitch. We couldn't find that feature in any other system without having to spend 3 times as much one it. Some of your competitors have the attendant as an add-on feature, but getting it is rather pricey.

I really like the fact that I can configure TalkSwitch over the network. Since the system is user-programmable and customizable, I can just make all changes over the network and save my settings without having to bring in a technician.

What we like most about TalkSwitch is the overwhelming preponderance of features for very little cost.

When we first bought the system, we didn't realize we would have the ability to set up remote extensions.

The thing I like best about the TalkSwitch is the computer-based configuration. The power here goes out frequently, and with our old phone system we had to reprogram everything every time it went down. With the TalkSwitch we just load the configuration back up into the file and in a few minutes we are ready to go.

Before we bought the TalkSwitch, we had several phones connected to the main phone line. We operate two different businesses out of the same office, and when someone called the main number all the phones would ring. It was very distracting and also ineffective because we couldn't differentiate between calls in order to have the appropriate person answer.
