Common questions
How is a local phone company different from signing up online?
An online provider ships phones and a login. We visit your building first, test the network the phones will run on, fix what would cause dropped or choppy calls, install everything, and train your staff in person. When something goes wrong later, you call a Knoxville number and talk to the people who installed it.
Can we keep our current phone numbers?
Yes. Business numbers can almost always be ported to a new system. We handle the paperwork with your current carrier and schedule the cutover so your lines aren't down during business hours.
We still have a fax machine and an overhead paging system. Is that a problem?
No. Keeping older equipment working is one of the main things we do. Fax machines, door buzzers, overhead paging, and loud ringers can be connected to a modern system with the right adapters and settings.
